This house was a perfect spot for a beach getaway for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. The house is steps from the beach, dog and campfire friendly! All 4 king bedrooms are ocean facing, with balconies on every level of the home to enjoy the picturesque beach and stunning sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked, and is an open concept with the dining and living rooms… perfect for a group! The elevator to get to the 4 floors makes managing luggage/groceries a breeze, outdoor shower to wash those sandy feet, games tucked away for game nights, and tv’s in each bedroom make this home an amazing vacation spot for the whole family!

This place is amazing! It is just as nice as the photos and then some. Right on a white sand beach and a great place to relax and enjoy. Every room has a huge big screen TV with excellent WiFi so you can enjoy all your subscriptions. The beds are super-awesome and really comfortable. Access from the lower floor bedrooms directly to the beach too. Great place to have the extended family without being on top of each other. Our 4 couple friend group, including 4 children, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. So comfortable and relaxing!

Sunny Times is an amazing property and perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 one year old children. There was plenty of space for the kids to walk and crawl and very child friendly. The stairs and elevator gave us easy access to the ground level and beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of appliance and utensils. Every couple had their own king bed, ocean front and large bathroom. I am a travel consultant and highly recommend this property!

We were a family of 6 adults and 7 children (ages 1-10) we all agreed we could not have found a better house. There was a bedroom with an ocean view (and a deck) for every couple. And with the living area between the bedroom floors the bedrooms remained quiet. The beach was just steps from our door. The outdoor shower, the ice maker, and the elevator (for the grandparents) were favorites. Great house, great service.

We had such a great time on our girls trip at Sunny Times! This house just received all new furniture and looks great. All of us had ocean from bedrooms with balcony access! Be Our Guest was very easy to work with and helped right away whenever we called. The house was plenty of space for us and had a wonderful open living area design which I really loved. We will be back next year!
